Sunday, March 24, 2013 - This is a very densely colored, opaque, wine with inky purple color. The smells are blackberry, pepper, eucalyptus, tar, blueberry, and subtle peppery spice. The tastes are blueberry, blackberry, chocolate, coffee, and spicy notes. The tannins are woody but fine grained and the acidity is notable. The finish is nice and lengthy.
