Monday, May 21, 2012 - Bouquet of plum and strawberries. Could taste some Blackberries and other dark fruits. I don’t drink a lot of Pinots so take this with a grain of salt, but to my taste the wine seemed over oaked. The oak did moderate over the course of an hour.
