Sunday, November 11, 2012 - No detailed notes. Day 1 - similar to prior outing. Relatively light, pinot noir and pinot gris roughly balancing each other out. After forgetting about this for a couple of days, I tried a glass on Day 3. Quite surprised. Much more open, both on nose and palate. The nose - red fruits, perfume. On the palate, rich but seemingly slightly sweeter, with more indications of resin on the finish. Served very cold, as this came off my outdoor deck, where the temperature is hovering around 30 degrees. I'd go 90+ points on this, and will probably push my "drink by" date to 2014.
