Friday, March 13, 2015 - Extraordinary colour, surely one of the darkest pink champagnes - more of a pale red. Vigorous bead. Raspberry millefeuille nose, fruity and sweet. Very assertive in the mouth, good acidity, lemon-lime marmalade, and a pinot finish. This would be a great food wine - salmon/spring lamb/duck fillet? Would be intriguing to see how it ages.
