Tuesday, June 18, 2013 - Pale gold in color, nose of honeysuckle, meyer lemon, apricot, tutti-frutti & lightly floral. On the palate, it's lush, dense, oily, fat, with a sweet, acidic & mineral backbone that cuts right through it. The finish has great length. A very feminine but voluptuous wine. This one's got curves. Amazing effort.

Pairing: Pan Roasted Monkfish; Tarragon Scented Pea Purée, Morels, Armagnac-Black Pepper Sauce @ Le Bernardin
