Saturday, January 16, 2016 - I think Jasmin's wines are hit and miss, but this bottle is terrific. Vraiment Cote Rotie, there's a feminine side to the Syrah here. It moves with lightness and elegance and leaves marks of flowers, bacon, smoke and olives. There's a good level of acidity, the structure is tight and everything is in balance. Lovely wine. Great way to revenge the very weak 2004.
