Thursday, February 7, 2013 - Venison medallions and an assortment of hearty wines (Private Residence): Deep black color with some tears, nose full of spices, leather, and black fruits. Entry is very balanced and tannic with a body that has enough fruits to withstand the tannins and finish in light to medium note.
Nice wine with a full body and pleasing length. It tastes like a Toro and I would recommend it if you can find it.
