Tuesday, June 23, 2015 - Tuesday Night $20-$30 Double Blind (Bin 75): Straw with amber hues; plump nose, larger scaled, lanolin, apple, candle wax, lemon, some mineral beneath; fuller on the palate, some balance, round and full with lemon and tart apple pulling it together, waxy, sweet lemon curd finish with almond; very nice, mine, others thought it was white Rhone but it clearly had too much focus and cut; drink soon.
