Friday, August 29, 2014 - I liked this at least as much as when I tasted it at the winery over 2 years ago and selected this as my favorite to take home. Perfumed nose, with spicy and dark fruit notes, and on the palate the spiciness and cinnamon notes were more prominent - an interesting complex finish that lingered and had some acidity. A lot like a good burgundy, but with a bigger structure and more body. Really a pleasure and sorry to see the bottle finished.
