Sunday, November 29, 2015 - I gave it a little better score than last time as it appears to be mellowing out. Tannins have smoothed slightly. Still a bit of an oak monster and I am hoping as the oak and tannins go away this will age nicely. Decanted two hours.
On the nose, oak of course wet leather and vanilla and dark cherry.
On the palate, black cherry, chocolate and plum
The nice thing is this is a well balanced Cab (Bordeaux blend).
