Saturday, November 9, 2013 - Just received my fall allotment from Seavey. Probably too young to be fully realized, but I hate putting bottles in the cellar that I've never tasted. Decanted 7 hours, then consumed over the next 4. No sediment. Remarkably open for this young a wine. Excellent balance of fruit and aromatics. No doubt built to last, but quite enjoyable young. Would probably rate even higher with some cellaring.
