Thursday, January 7, 2016 - Ann poured this for me blind. Light in color and I immediately thought pinot. Somewhat subdued nose with a hint of dustiness. Was it my glass? On the palate, lots of red cherries. With a little air, black cherry, and a little spice. Lighter bodied and soft/light tannin. I wasn't sure what this was but guessed a CA Pinot. With air, this turns a little darker in color, and gains some char and smokey notes. I like this wine and think it will improve with time.

This continued to drink well for a few days.
