Thursday, December 17, 2015 - Drank after dinner - a guest wanted a glass of wine, and we opened this. Less vegetal as it ages. Dark purple, still looks like it was bottled last Thursday. Pleasant, fruity nose. Balanced, east drinks ng palate. Med/long finish. Not a big, burly cab, but a delight to sit and sip.
