Saturday, January 31, 2015 - Decanted for 6 hours which I think was warranted. Big wine. Really deep and smokey. Has a gamey, iron tinge to it. Purple fruit, but not a lot of fruit in general. Long finish. Already well integrated. Kind of drank more like a Syrah to me even though it is 85% Grenache. Went great with smoked pork tenderloin. 93 for now with upside.
