Sunday, January 13, 2013 - After mainlining the 2011 B-V while in Paris last summer, I was pleased to come across this at Chambers. There was a lot of reduction at first - probably two hours of poopy diapers and not a lot else. But all of a sudden it was gone and out comes a sunny, pretty wine with nice depth. Superb with snails and garlic butter.
