Thursday, May 14, 2015 - Clear ruby core - still youthful looking. Clean nose of spice, cherry and herbs. Well balanced with good fruit flavours - well made. Medium finish with just a touch of Acetic Acid - not enough to put off enjoying it. Kept in my cellar since purchase 3 years ago. Very, very good - ready to go now.
