Monday, May 11, 2015 - This was OK for an American GSM, didn't seem as good as the bottle reviewed on 8-6-14, which was smooth also, but had more to it. In fact, THIS ONE seemed a little light and thin, but you can tell there was some fruit character there, maybe it just didn't quite get there, hard to believe the wine is too old. For the price, can not recommend - although this may have been a victim of a bad 2011 vintage, so we will keep an open mind for the 2012, we have a couple of bottles of that. I would be concerned with the substantial variation (lack of consistency) bottle to bottle with this wine.
