Sunday, January 17, 2016 - Not yet ready! The wine is close and resisting to open. After 6 hours decanting, I barely can detect fruit but cedar and only a hint of blue berry. However, on the palate, it is so complex. Dark berry, licorice, and cocoa powder are found. The ripen tannin makes a good and long lasting. The wine is still too young now, but it will hit a higher score in five or more years (probably to 92~93). This wine should be able to survive for 2 decades.
