Thursday, June 11, 2015 - light yellow
On the nose, sweat, pear icecream, (piggelin), pear and rubber.
On the palate, red apples, gun powder with a very integrated acid.
medium + finish

A wine that I expect much more from. But it is still in its youth and need to lay down for at least 10 years. Will grow during that time to something more interesting. Do not touch for many years.
