Saturday, July 11, 2015 - Still painfully young. It showed a dry, beautiful and elegant palate with peaches, apricots, grapefruit, brioche, floral, flint and citrus notes. The texture was sublime and extremely smooth. The finish was pretty lasting with a taut line of acidity. Lots of potential but I found it slightly thin for a champagne of this caliber and unexceptional at this stage. One for cellaring.
