Saturday, July 23, 2016 - From the fridge, and on immediate opening it stank of biscuits and butter. 15 mins later, more brioche, cream and almonds. 15 mins later again the sweetness and crushed lemons came out. Multi faceted, multi dimensional and a bit like going on a magical mystery tour with several stops of discovery. Young , yet almost wise and mature at the same time. Outstanding
