Sunday, November 1, 2015 - A delightful magnum at a restaurant served at proper cellar temp. Like other fine 2011 cru Beaujolais, this bottle needs a couple of years to unfold some complexity but is very nice to consume now. Less prominent black pepper mixed nicely with dried cherry, a very nice mellifluous mouth feel, strawberry and bright cherry and some earthy overtones. Does not need a decant.
