Friday, January 3, 2014 - Still going strong. Fresh and balanced aromas of dried wild raspberry, citrus rind, and potpourri. Focused and medium bodied on the palate, with layers of cool red berry fruit over saline and chalky minerals. The finish lingers with tart cranberry acidity, savory dried herbs, and violets. Quite delicious, and likely will continue to improve in the short term.
