Sunday, December 2, 2012 - Nose: sweet and delicate aroma of marshmallow, red and black fruits and some mushrooms. Taste: excellent mouthful of round yet strong enough sensations. Fruit is dominant, but earthy and animal flavours are also very perceptible. Marshmallow, licorice, even some anise. Finely balanced. Could possibly stay bottled for another 3-5 years. The finish is hot and a little dry.
