Thursday, December 11, 2014 - Stereotypical Bordeaux, loaded with earth, tobacco, leather. Took a couple hours to really open up and definitely not past its peak. Probably not even at it. Last glass had a nice bit of chocolate on the finish as well. Nicely balanced. Will wait a couple years before trying again.
