Monday, March 7, 2016 - Decanted for ten hours prior to tasting then consumed over two days. Not particularly impressive after the ten hour decant, however, the following evening at the 36 hour mark, the wine coalesced offering intense raspberry fruit, nicely textured and in fine balance.
