Saturday, January 10, 2015 - PnP. Med gold in the glass. Nose of super ripe pears. Meyer lemon on the palate, but has a really smooth texture. Went very well with grilled whitefish with a simple lemon butter sauce (using some of the wine).
Enjoyed in a Ultima white wine glass at 50F.
