Monday, April 1, 2013 - Very impressive sauvignon. Nose is effusive with grassy, peppery, white and citrus fruit. Palate is structured with mouth-watering, gripping acidity. More white and citrus fruit notes. Great as a starter with burrata salad and white pizza. Will seek this out as a spring / summer go-to wine.
