Monday, May 11, 2015 - Quite rich and rather lacking in acidity upon opening. I was rather disappointed in this showing for a PYCM 2010. With air, it perked up and gained some zippy lemon vibrancy. Nonetheless, at this point not my favorite of the '10 lineup.
