Tuesday, January 1, 2013 - Beautiful cherry color. Looks and drink like a red wine. Enticing aromas of red fruits: raspberry, strawberry (like a strawberry on the verge of fermenting) and herbs. Blood orange. So fresh, zero sensation of alcohol or jaminess. There's a light tannic structure. Great acid. A real great Tavel and probably one of the most interesting rose in France.
Grenache, cinsault, carignan and clairette.
