Sunday, June 21, 2015 - Decanted for about an hour before having with grilled filet mignon, then drank over the following 3+ hours. Nice dark fruit flavor of blackberry, but still managed to be light on the palate. Not overbearing at all. Still, something seems a bit simple about this - don't get much secondary flavors or aromas.
