Saturday, January 26, 2013 - This may be mislabeled and under Family Reserva to be clear.

Did not like the first try of this medium price average Cab from Chile. This is go around after sitting in cellar for a few months seems a notch better, but nothing more than a solid average, nice lighter style Cab. That fact is refreshing I must say.

Nose is lighter medium level cherry/berry fruit. Palate is a little gritty with tannin, and notable sour cherry tannin. Transitions to dark currants/blackberry and some tobacco/smokey quality. Nice enough.
