Sunday, March 27, 2011 - Beautiful, elegant wine. Decanted only 45 minutes and could have used some more. Opened beautifully in the glass. Had with filet mignon and couldn't have asked for more. Absolutely the finest Insignia I have ever tasted. Tannins are soft and almost sweet. Ready for drinking now and look forward to seeing how much better this can get with my remaining bottles.
