Tuesday, June 18, 2013 - Darker, deeper, and more textured than our previous bottles. Great lively sour dark cherry nose with vivid flowers and savory earth. The palate is juicy and filled with cool mixed berries, anise, and savory tomato. Finishing tart red berry acidity drives ending mushroom, rhubarb, and dried herbs. A great bottle, and again fantastic with roasted chicken and fresh beans. Drink or Hold.
