Thursday, February 2, 2012 - Pretty prevalent notes of oak upfront but that dissipated after a few minutes in the glass. Some honey, slight butterscotch and pretty vibrant fruit. Could have used a tad more acidity but overall great balance. Probably the best Oz chard I've had so far: could stand up to a decent burg 1er cru!
