Tuesday, September 18, 2007 - Dinner with Denis Horgan plus an Art Series Chardonnay vertical from 1997 to 2004 (Crown Wine Cellars (Hong Kong)): Slightly flat nose, palate has a little bitter note. Noticeable wood still and good finish.
