Friday, October 16, 2015 - Dinner with Friends at Equinox (Leflaive, Lignier Bonnes Mares, Taittinger CdC and more) (Equinox Restaurant, Washington DC): Surprised to see the sulphur hasn't integrated yet but it blows off after about 10 minutes. Very precise wine with sharp acid and lemon. Very dry for a Spatlese. Classic Prum. Delicious. Perfectly good now or over the next ten or more years.
