Monday, May 11, 2015 - This one's evolved from a year ago when I tasted it last. Light yellow in colour and seems to have taken on a little more weight and flavours--mostly buttery butterscotch and ripe guavas are prominent; semi-smooth with a medium-long finish. Served with ahi tuna steak. I think I've become a Rombauer fan!
