Friday, December 30, 2011 - Very pale yellow. Aromas of peaches, honey, apple, apricot. Same flavors, along with minerals. Real nice nose, but not especially concentrated fruit in the mouth. Good acid. Long finish - has a lemony and/or alcoholic sting, which stays in the gullet for an appreciable period. A decent grenache blanc, except for the finish.
