Sunday, May 24, 2015 - With beef tenderloin, asparagus, baked potato.
Dark, almost opaque ruby.
Nice nose, dark berry.
Goodly amount of fruit on the palate (blackberry) with a touch of sweet spice; smooth, medium weight, subdued tannins, a touch sweet. Subdued acid.
