Tuesday, April 16, 2013 - "Bright!" That was the word Kate used to describe Nostre Pais on her first sip with our dinner our fresh haddock stew. I wish I had words to describe the delightful blend of grapes that make this special wine always a winner. But I'll just echo Kate: "Bright Is Right!"
