Saturday, March 3, 2012 - Apple pie and a hint of lime, minerality, notes of botrytis (hint of rubber band) and a beguiling aroma of sweet sweat as it opens up. Sweet compared to some salami but not quite sweet enough to stand up to a lemon curd dessert (it tasted dry and petrol-like). I think this is better on its own or might work well with spicy food?
