Friday, November 5, 2010 - Ian's Birthday Dinner - (Cali & Bordeaux: 1975/1990/1995) (Alexandria, VA): Dark chocolate on the nose with ripe cherries and earthy tones. Good depth, "linen-like" mouthfeel and nice acidity on the finish. Really beautiful bottle.
