Sunday, June 14, 2015 - Need to stop drinking this for another year or two! See how it evolves further. Smokey French nose; earth, wood, leather, cocoa; nice balance of acids, tannins; Cab-Merlot flavors; long fruity finish. w/Peruvian beef dish. 12.5 alcohol so wonderful with food.

For more on the Peruvian dish: Lomo saltado
Lomo saltado is a popular, traditional Peruvian dish, a stir fry that typically combines marinated strips of sirloin, or other beef steak, with onions, tomatoes, and other ingredients, served with fried potato slices and rice.
