Saturday, January 24, 2015 - Splash decanted, beautiful deep color. Took about 20 minutes for a little sulfur to blow off and the wine to expand. Great chalk and mineral leading to lovely mature yellow fruits with nice lift. So easy to drink, wish I had a lot more!
