Saturday, February 11, 2017 - Great fino, delicate, but precise. Nutty and savoury, but not too aggressive, gentle and yet well defined. The nutty, almondy aftertaste is particularly pleasant. Paired with some italian Tarallini it is simply the perfect aperitif both in summer and winter.
