Friday, June 20, 2014 - Straw-yellow color. Nose with aromas of citrus. Nervous and crisp in the mouth. The palette is dominated by lemon, lime xisma, and green herbs such as jasmine or chives. Sharp acidity and minerality. A sense of mineral in the mouth very characteristic, brings back memories of shiny white pebbles or sand. Long aftertaste.
