Thursday, March 27, 2014 - Fantastic Broken Stones with a lot of dark fruit complexity. Tasted great out of the bottle after just going through the Vinturi aerator, continued to improve over dinner and even was even better the next day. I love how you can enjoy a bottle of Saxum over a few days. A couple of years will definitely help smooth this one out though as it is fairly full throttle now, with only a medium-long finish.
