Friday, October 3, 2014 - Gave a ton (day +) of decanter-based air that really helped shed a little fat off of this, leading to an absolutely outstanding bottle. Syrah and a bit of mouvedre on the nose, leading to a nice rounded flavor profile, ultimately getting a great "cut" from grenache on the mid palate into a pleasing longer finish. Really tasty and perhaps my favorite of the '10 Saxums that I've had (everything but the JBV thus far).
