Wednesday, December 24, 2014 - Coravin # 1 - wow. Side by side vs an '05 Saxum Booker and this was drinking even better. Licorice, chocolate, and raspberry. Classic Paso. Smitten. Will be buying more Epoch in the future. High glycerin. Decent tannins left. Young.
